  2. Fry Chicken strips until they are white all over
  3. In a slow cooker add the New Potatoes and Cauliflower and the handful of Sweet corn
  4. When the chicken is coloured all sides add the boiling water then the chicken stock cube and stir in.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the slow cooker add sage, Black Pepper and salt.
  6. Let it cook for about 4 hrs on medium.
  7. When cooked add the bell peppers mix in.
  8. Add the one cup of sweet corn to a blender with the cream and blend for 1 minute until its a creamy and thick. Cool chicken before adding the cream
  9. When the chicken stew is cooled add the sweet corn mix stir and reheat to serve
