  8. Get 1-2 teaspoons Sake (Rice Wine)
  9. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  10. Get 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce *alter the amount to suit your taste
  11. Take 1 teaspoon Mirin
  12. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  13. Get 100 g Shiitake, Shimeji & Enoki *OR add as much as you like
  14. Take 1 teaspoon Potato Starch *mixed with 2 teaspoons Water
